Hello, my name is Thabitha, and I come from South Africa. I’m an assistant language teacher in Japan. In South Africa, English is the medium of instruction for children as young as three from the preschool level up to the university level. It is one of the eleven official languages spoken by over 4 million people. I think as the world is becoming more global, it is important to learn English, and that requires practice, hard work, and commitment. Anyone can do it.
